1. Review all kinds of parts drawings entered by customers and complete technical docking;
2. Complete the process route planning of new products, manufacturing feasibility analysis, use CAD and other drawing software to prepare parts processing technology for guiding the actual parts processing production;
3. Solve all kinds of problems in the actual process of product processing, and complete the verification of product process;
4. Preparation of various processes as required;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Employment conditions:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machining and other related fields, with relevant experience in aerospace parts processing process preparation (automotive, medical industry can also be considered), able to solve the process and quality problems in the production process;

Job responsibilities:
1. Determine product inspection standards and develop product inspection plans, and communicate with customers when necessary;
2. Develop product quality control points, including monitoring of key dimensions and important dimensions on site
3. Handling and improving on-site quality problems and customer complaints, including quality management and improvement of external suppliers;
4. Responsible for on-site inspection method guidance;
5. Assist the chief and deputy ministers to conduct quality-related training for on-site personnel;

Job responsibilities:
1. For all kinds of aviation parts (integral disk, blade ring, impeller, casing, etc.), five-axis numerical control programming software was applied to carry out numerical control programming, and Vericut software was used to carry out program simulation and machine tool test machining verification.
2. Complete the preparation of milling and machining instructions according to the requirements of the company, participate in the on-site technical guidance of machining, and ensure the correct procedures;

Employment conditions:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, CNC machining and other related fields (experienced specialists are also considered), more than 1 year programming experience in 5-axis machining center, familiar with CNC machining theory, master G code application;

3. Proficient in Hypermill, UGNX, NREC (MAX-PAC) and other five-axis CNC software at least one software;
4. Familiar with the machining parameters, tool, tool handle mechanical properties of five-axis CNC machining equipment and flexible use;
5. Field processing, aviation material processing technology is preferred;
6. Senior or mid-level titles are preferred;
